After receiving your payment, you’ll receive a form to fill in carefully. This form will enable me to find out more about your goals and habits, so that I can create a customized training program for you.
Once I’ve created your program, you’ll receive a training plan that fits your goals and lifestyle, so you can train in the best possible conditions.
RESULTS
When you receive your program, ask me any questions you may have. We’ll do a weekly check-up to follow your progress and general condition.
At the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll have a final check-up. At the end of our follow-up, I’ll give you advice on how to continue without online coaching if you wish to continue on your own.
