To keep you motivation and health, and to avoid frustration, you will be advised to eat a pleasant meal according to your goal.
RESULTS
When you receive your program, ask me any questions you may have. We’ll do a weekly check-up to follow your progress and general condition. If necessary, I can make changes to your meal plan. At the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll have a final check-up. At the end of our follow-up, I’ll give you advice on how to continue without online coaching if you wish to continue on your own.
