Alexis Jacomet:

I started sport at the age of 8.   It immediately became a source of motivation for me to overcome any obstacle in life. It’s thanks to sport and its values that I’ve come to understand that hard work and effort always pay off. In my eyes, it’s also a way of releasing stress and becoming aware of your body’s incredible capacities. <\/p>\n

At the age of 19, thanks to my work as a volunteer fireman, I discovered not only crossfit, but also fitness training and physical culture for the first time. I’ve become truly passionate about this activity, which consists of improving one’s physique in the best possible way and working on both one’s physical capacities and the physical harmony of the body. <\/div>\n
I’ve always been fascinated by Japan, its culture and history, ever since I was a child. I dreamed of being able to go there. It was at the age of 22 that I decided to go there for the first time. I studied Japanese there for two years before setting my sights on staying on and continuing my studies in sport. <\/div>\n
In 2020, I’ll be starting at the Riseisha School of Health and Sport in Osaka. Seeing myself as only foreigner at school, it makes me realize just how far I’ve come to get here. I promise myself that no matter what happens from this point on, no matter how hard it is, I’ll see it through and I swear to myself that I’ll graduate from this school by any means necessary. At the end of my two years of study, I obtained my diploma as a Personal Trainer. I’ve realized my dream of moving to Japan and becoming a personl trainer. Now, I would like to share my knowledge by offering my clients personalized training focused not only on physical development, but also on body awareness and the right attitude to develop ”  a healthy mind in a healthy body “. <\/div>\n
