Once I’ve created your program, you’ll receive a training plan that fits your goals and lifestyle, so you can train in the best possible conditions.

RESULTS
When you receive your programs, ask me any questions you may have. We’ll do a weekly check-up to follow your progress and general condition. If necessary, I can make changes to the training or nutrition plan. At the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll have a final check-up. At the end of our follow-up, I’ll give you advice on how to continue without online coaching if you wish to continue on your own.
